Victim of stabbing over the weekend in Billings dies
BILLINGS, Mont. - A stabbing in Billings on April 20 has been upgraded to a homicide after a victim has died. Billings police responded to the 300 block of Monroe St. after a reported stabbing, and found a 17-year-old with life threatening injuries along with an 18-year-old with non-life threatening injuries. Both victims were taken to local hospitals.
USPS ‘repurposes’ Casper distribution center, local mail routed to Billings
Local mail will be routed through Billings, Montana, now that a U.S. Postal Service facility in Casper is set to be downsized. The USPS announced last week that, after an agency analysis and a public comment period, it will repurpose the processing and distribution center in Casper as a local processing center, which would mean some mail processing operations would move to Billings.

Billings, MT- Monkey Around Play Cafe is gearing up to host their first ever kids clothing swap. And they hope the swap will be a great way for the community to come together. Kaylinn Swain owner of the play cafe says she realizes that "cost is obviously on the forefront of a lot of family's minds and I have actually been a part of a couple other clothing swaps with adult clothing and when I was a part of them, I thought 'man this would be great to do this with kid's cloths."
