Woman pleads guilty to biting infant nephew
PULLMAN, Wash. — An eastern Washington woman pleaded guilty to biting her infant nephew last winter. Tia Brown, 19, of Pullman, admitted to felony second-degree child assault in Whitman County Superior Court on Friday in Colfax. The crime is punishable by up to 10 years in prison, according to court documents.
