ROCKLEDGE, Fla. – Rockledge police have arrested an 18-year-old man in connection to a deadly shooting at an apartment complex. On Feb. 19, police responded to reports of a crash around 7:10 p.m. along Naples Circle at the Hammock Harbor Apartments, where they found the victim — Israel Ramos Loredo, 22, of Cocoa — inside a GMC Yukon.
