Pottawatomie County Pursuit Ends In Crash, Man In Custody
A pursuit through Pottawatomie County came to an end after a suspect crashed into trees, and attempted to run on foot. As seen on dashcam footage, Jacob Brauning led deputies on a chase through rural roads. Video shows Brauning veering onto dirt roads in his red pickup, attempting to lose the deputies.
Recent quakes explained as “aftershocks” from earthquake months ago
The Oklahoma Geological Survey said there was a good explanation for why the metro continues to feel earthquakes. Jake Walter, state seismologist, said they were aftershocks linked to two big earthquakes earlier in the year: a 4.4 magnitude near Edmond in January and a 5.1 magnitude in Prague in February.

Patricia Ann Berry was born September 13, 1949, to Lessie Mae Combs and Matherine Yarbrough in Wetumka, Oklahoma. She completed her education in the Wetumka Public School system. Patricia was raised in the Church of God in Christ on the north side of Wetumka, later becoming a member of First Baptist Church North, then finally Living Water PHC, all in Wetumka.
