Recipe: Blueberry Cobbler
First, melt butter and set aside. Next, coat blueberries in 1/2C sugar and cornstarch. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder. Mix with a whisk. Add half and half. Combine till smooth. Put melted butter in bottom of the pan. Top with batter, and finally top with blueberries. Bake in 325 degree oven for approximately 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
