One of PA's Most Wanted Fugitives Captured in Norwich
Norwich Police say a fugitive on the run from Pennsylvania was captured over the weekend in Norwich. 31-year-old Edwin Rodriguez of Philadelphia was arrested around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 18th in the city. The department had been investigating tips that he had been hiding in Norwich and was preparing to flee the area to a new, undisclosed location on Saturday. Rodriguez was caught after a brief foot pursuit.
