Injuries reported in wrong-way crash in Lackawanna County
MOSCOW, Pa. — Two people were injured Sunday in an early-morning wrong-way crash on Interstate 380 in Lackawanna County, state police said. Johan Garcia-Barrera, the man who state police say drove the wrong-way in the 4:39 a.m. crash in Moscow, is thought to have been under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody.
