VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — Police in Daytona Beach are investigating a shooting Sunday that sent a man to the hospital. Investigators say it happened just before 1:30 a.m. in a parking lot behind a plaza in the 900 block of Orange Avenue, where a number of people had gathered for a party.
Fatal crash investigated at intersection near DeLand
DeLAND, Fla. – A fatal crash is under investigation in Volusia County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The wreck happened around 9:30 p.m. Sunday at Spring Garden Avenue and Glenwood Road, just north of DeLand. Details about the crash have not yet been released by the FHP.
