School bells won't ring at Holland Heights for two years — here's why
HOLLAND — Although Tuesday was the last day of school for students and staff at Holland Heights Elementary, it was the first day of a major project. Holland Public Schools held a groundbreaking for bond work at Holland Heights on June 4. The $21.2 million project, funded through a bond passed by voters in May 2021, will include new classrooms, a media center and learning spaces tailored to the nature-based curriculum being taught at Holland Heights in partnership with the Outdoor Discovery Center Network.
