Berks Animal Rescue League urgently seeks foster families amidst kitten season
The Animal Rescue League of Berks County is in need for foster families as the shelter already is seeing the effects of kitten season straining capacity at the shelter. Kitten season typically peaks during the spring and summer months, inundating shelters with litters of kittens in need of care and nurturing. The ARL is experiencing a particularly high volume of kittens arriving at its doors with a total to date of 368 kittens in different stages of care.
