OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) — A family who lives near Southeast 48th Street and Shields are scared after they say their neighbor threatened to blow up half of their block recently.

“My wife won’t even dare go outside she’s so scared, none of us do,” said William Perego.

The Perego’s said they’ve lived at the same home for around 30 years and it was always relatively safe until the past few months.

They told KFOR that the man who lives next to them Jason Antone, has allegedly fired shots at their vehicles, made threats, and sent messages of hate. They reported it to police but could not get anyone on camera doing it so they said police could not do anything.

“He drove through our lawn about a week ago, no like four days ago. Just drove through, can you imagine if we had been standing out there or our dogs were there,” said William.

“I’m scared to confront him because a couple of years ago he shot a man in the neck,” said Dakota Perego.

In 2020 McIntyre Law Chopper 4 was over Antone’s home after he had shot a man who was kicking his door and yelling. Officials said that Antone pled guilty and received a deferred sentence until July 25th, 2026.

Video footage from the Perego’s shows a truck driving their front lawn. They said that is Antone’s vehicle he uses.

A van driven by William also has a bullet hole in the side that they claim was shot by Antone. There are also clear marks from what could be B.B. Gun bullets all over their vehicle.

Police filed for a search warrant last week after the Perego’s showed a message from Antone that read, “I want to pop out every one of you in the head. I want to rip through and f**k and murder your whole f*****g house bro and then I’m gonna come over to my house, you guess what I’m gonna do, I’m gonna put my oxygen mask on, my oxygen diving tanks. Here, on my 5,000 rounds and I’m going to feel (fill) this whole f*****g trailer full of settling and oxygen and I’m gonna blow this block in half. Know I’m gonna kill somebody, cops, I’m gonna be national news bro, national news. You hear that?”

A search warrant conducted a week or so ago described how when police went to this home to check on him he allegedly pointed to an AR-15-style B.B. rifle and said, “That’s Timothy McVeigh’s.”

After the warrant was conducted it stated that police found an AR-15-style B.B. Gun, magazines for it, shotgun ammunition, and a holster for a handgun.

Neighbors claim they’ve seen him fire a gun while on his property but when asked if he did that, Antone said no.

“What’s up man,” KFOR confronted Antone Wednesday. In big bold letters written on the street in front of his house is, “F**k the police,” He told KFOR he did that.

Police have this message from you saying that you will blow up half of the block. Why did you do that?

“Because I will. This is called America. This property bro, this is mine. Do you know how many times I’ve been raided? I’ve been raided by police four times.”

When they see you threatening to blow up half the block, that’s when they conducted a raid. Also, you aren’t allowed to have firearms.

“Yeah. They didn’t find anything. They didn’t find dynamite. Let me tell you something. I’m going to do what it takes to keep my property safe. I’m not serving on my knees. I’m on my feet before I f******g serve.”

How did all of this even start?

“Well, the first problem I had is that their son thought it would be funny whenever I was in the hospital. He was out banging my old lady. My mother didn’t know that she was my girlfriend. They gave her the keys to my house.”

Did you fire at their vehicles or in their direction? B.B. gun or rifle.

“I didn’t shoot at their car. We all have B.B. guns over here and are always f*****g around like that.”

But Jason, are you saying you didn’t shoot at their vehicle?

“I am the usual suspect.”

They are scared, why can’t you leave them alone?

“Then they probably need to stay in the house. I am not doing anything wrong. If I did something really bad, tell me.”

Threatening to blow up half the block is bad.

“I didn’t say that just to them, I said that to everybody.”

Do you have any firearms?

“No, but I do have a bow. And them folks across the street, they ain’t gonna hear it until it’s in their neck. So, the cops can try to scare me all they want. I will just sit there and put my last pin in and I’m like, ‘thunk.'”

Okay, why can’t you just leave them alone?

“If I see them – okay sure, I’ll leave them alone. For the record.”

I feel like you are not being honest when you say it like that.

“Now why would you say that? They should leave me alone.”

They have. They just got a bomb threat, that’s worrisome. So they had to call the police. Do you not think that’s appropriate?

“Do what you want to do. Your jails don’t scare me. That’s a reunion for me.”

It’s one of the deadliest jails in the nation . Can you just stop messing with them?

“Let me tell you something man, I’m going to do what it takes to defend my property. I will die for my property. I’m not serving my country on my knees.”

For now, the Peregos said that they have a dozen cameras all over their property. They hope that he will either physically leave and move or just leave them alone.

The recent search warrant stated that charges could still come as the investigation continues.
