A four-man golf tournament benefitting veterans is set to tee off in the Shoals on Saturday. The Marines Helping Marines Golf Tournament will be at the Cypress Lakes Golf and Tennis Club on May 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The tournament will benefit all veterans and the Conley Detachment #1477.
Chargers give it their all in sectional vs Tigers
The Crawfordsville Girls Tennis Sectional got underway at the Wabash College Indoor Courts on Tuesday as the North Montgomery Chargers and the Lebanon Tigers squared off in a re-match of the regular season where the Tigers were 4-1 winners. LINDEN — North Montgomery’s Chloe Douglas is continuing the trend of female wrestlers who go on to wrestle in college for the Chargers. Monday Douglas signed with Indiana Tech to continue her wrestling career. She joins both Catie and Cailin Campbell (Grandview University), and Marisa Moffit (also at Indiana Tech) who have went on to wrestle collegiately.
