Police: Man had rifle in his car on school grounds in Seneca Falls
SENECA FALLS, N.Y. — A 76-year-old man had a rifle in his car while he attended a school event, according to Seneca Falls Police. Gary Shoff of Penn Yan was charged at 12:15 p.m. Saturday with criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds. Police did not say which school was involved.
