ELECTION RESULTS: FRIES WINS IN LANGFORD, INCUMBENTS WIN IN HECLA
The results are in after two area elections held on Tuesday. Langford and Hecla voters went to the polls to elect members to their respective town boards. In Langford, Matt Fries beat out Todd Sell for the three-year seat for the Board of Trustees in Tuesday’s election. The two men were competing for the seat to be vacated by Jordan Hupke who did not seek reelection. In total, 80 votes were cast with Fries coming out on top with 71 votes to Sell’s 9 votes.
