Mt. Healthy City Schools staff resign after state audit recommends cutting more positions
MOUNT HEALTHY, Ohio — There are more questions than answers in the Mt. Healthy School District. A state auditor's report is blasting the district for multiple mistakes. The school district has been in a state of fiscal emergency, but this week, a new report shows the district hired dozens of new teachers and staff and completed approximately $18 million in building projects without any plans to sustain operations. The result is a $10 million budget deficit.
