Craft brewery hosts grand opening at former Greater Cincinnati bowling alley site
CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) - Silverton's HighGrain Brewing Co. has officially opened its second location, in a former Springfield Township bowling alley. HighGrain held its grand opening at the former Brentwood Bowl at 9176 Winton Road on May 3. The brewery bought the 50,000-square-foot space in 2022, after the bowling alley closed amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Butler County-based chocolate shop opens new storefront in OTR
CINCINNATI — Ruby's Chocolates, a Hamilton-based small business that sells candies and desserts, opened its new Over-the-Rhine storefront Friday morning. Ruby's Chocolates hosted a grand opening ceremony at 10 a.m. at its new storefront located at 1725 Elm Street, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The building is close to Findlay Market. Ruby's Chocolates previously had a storefront in Oakley that closed in March.
