CLEVELAND, Ohio - Authorities arrested a Cleveland woman Wednesday on charges of aggravated murder. Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force apprehended Leonai Johnson, 18, in an apartment near the 2400 block of Central Avenue in Cleveland.
