Idaho Increases Work Search Requirements for Unemployment Insurance
BOISE - Starting July 7, Idahoans seeking unemployment insurance will have to complete and report five work search-related activities each week, marking a significant increase from the previous requirement of two contacts per week. This change comes as a result of House Bill 686, which was passed during the 2024 legislative session and signed into law by Governor Brad Little.
