Roxbury Detectives Seek Public's Aid to Identify Suspect in Assault and Battery on Woodbine Street
Local authorities are requesting help from the Roxbury community to identify a suspect involved in an assault and battery that took place on June 6th. According to the Boston Police Department, the incident occurred in the morning around 8:30 AM near 30 Woodbine Street. The police are on the lookout for a male suspect who they believe is using a blue Ford Explorer with New York license plate KLP9401.

Emily Mackay Clocks Fastest 800 Meter Time by US Female This Year
Emily Mackay, a BU and UE graduate, clocked in the fastest 800-meter dash by a US women's racer this year, according to BUBearcats.com. Mackay finished the women's Elite-800 run in 1:57.87, good enough for first place at the Adrian Martinez Classic. This is the first time in Mackay's career she has broken the two-minute mark in the event.
