'It's a spending problem': Gov. Pillen discusses plan for summer special session
FREMONT, Neb. — Across Nebraska, 2024 property valuations went up an average of 10%, according to Gov. Jim Pillen. "The first step is stop spending," Pillen said. " We have to stop spending at the state level, cap our levels at the school level, and cap at city and county government."
