Vipers hold Green vs. Black Spring Game
HENDERSON — Last week, the Vance County Vipers hosted a Spring Game scrimmage during the football team’s off-season. The self-scrimmage was between the Black Team and the Green “Smoney” Team, with the former being mostly offensive starters, led by star quarterback Jayvion “Juice” Vines-Holder; and the latter made up of the defensive starters anchored by three-star recruit Taeshawn Alston — who only played three games last year, missing most of the season with a shoulder injury.
