Free summer meal program for children in Fairfax County
FAIRFAX, Va. — For those in Fairfax County struggling to feed their children now that school is out for the summer, there is hope. Beginning Monday, June 17, Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) Food and Nutrition Services will be serving free breakfast and lunch to anyone in the community age 18 or younger. In addition, anyone over 18 who is disabled and enrolled in an educational program can also get a meal.
High school sweethearts attend prom for a 3rd time at Va. senior community
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A pair of high school sweethearts were crowned prom king and queen for a third time on Tuesday. Donald Gonchar and Susan Adams have been married for 70 years.
