Bulldogs down Awesome Blossoms to open postseason play
Wednesday night, the No. 9 seeded Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton baseball team traveled to Blooming Prairie, the No. 8 seed, in the first round of the Section 1A baseball tournament. A five-run second inning set the tone for the game which saw the Bulldogs jump ahead and stay ahead all night, earning an 11-4 victory and advancing to the second round. Stacyville's Tuesdays on Broad event kicks off in June
Stacyville, Iowa - Tuesdays on Broad begins the first week in June on June 4th, 2024! The event will be held from 4:30 pm to 7 pm at City Park in Stacyville. The Tuesdays on Broad event started in the summer of 2023 to bring some family fun nights to the community. You can expect to find food vendors, farmers market, vendor show, bingo, free kids activities and plenty more! There will also be live music from 4:30-7:00 pm on the stage at the park.

As the school year draws to a close and students step out of the buildings for summer break, NRHEG and JWP are moving forward with projects that will result in much needed upgrades for the districts’ schools.
