Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The following arrests were reported by the Nicholasville Police Department between March 18-25. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.

March 18

• Ella C Cunliffe, 40 – No registration plates, improper parking in firelane/block travel portion of highway, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and possession of open alcohol beverage in motor vehicle.
• James Cheeks, 36 – Failure to appear in court.
• Robert Charles Edwards, 41 – Failure to appear in court and contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.

March 19

• Zachary Wells, 22 – Failure to appear in court.

March 20

• Missie L Tucker, 51 – Possession of controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), and possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified).
• Maycol Herrera, 22 – Speeding, reckless driving, no operators-moped license, and failure to produce insurance card.
• Paul Daniel Wilcher, 43 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, and wanton endangerment 1st-degree.
• Everardo Aguilar Lomeli, 40 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
• Tabitha Conrad, 42 – Failure to appear in court.
• Jeremy Ray Lamb, 42 – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

March 21

• Tyson Dixon, 40 – Assault 4th-degree, and strangulation 2nd-degree.
• Eric R Fulton, 41 – Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st-offense.
• Shannon Lamar Penman, 35 – Serving parole violation warrant.

March 22

• Makenzi Rae Lewis, 39 – Burglary 3rd-degree.
• Kristie L Taylor, 35 – DUI and suspended license 2nd offense.
• Joey V Reed, 43 – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

March 23

• Bryant R Nicholson, 31 – Careless driving, operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to produce insurance card and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

March 24

• Rachel D Kinney, 27 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance, possession or purchasing of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance 2nd-degree and promoting contraband 1st degree.
• Erick W Reynolds, 39 – Strangulation 1st-degree, possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense methamphetamine.
• Robert L Gibson Jr, 45 – Operating on a suspended or revoked license, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st-offense.
• John S Lakes, 41 – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

March 25

• Jimmy Brim, 40 – Criminal Trespassing 3rd-degree and criminal littering.
• Christopher O Baldridge, 34 – Contempt of court libel/resistance to order.
