BET Plus said it has set May 16 as the premiere date for its original movie Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead.The movie stars Simone Joy Jones, Nicole Richie and June Squibb as the babysitter.In the film, a seventeen year old is forced to stay home before her freshman year at Howard University to look after her three siblings. Measurement Company Comscore Posts $5.2 Million Loss in 1st Quarter
Comscore lost money in the first quarter as weak linear ad sales impacted its cross-platform measurement business.Comscore’s net loss was $5.2 million, or $1.08 a share in the quarter, compared to a loss of $12.5 million, or $2.66 a share, a year ago. Revenue dipped 5% to $86.8 million Cross-platform solution revenue was down 9.7% because of lower national TV revenue. Tegna said it named Greg Retsinas as president and general manager of KGW, the NBC affiliate in Portland, Oregon, effective June 3.Retsinas has been KGW’s news director for the past five years.
