ALBANY — Summer reading kicks off June 3 at the Dougherty County Public Library System. The summer reading programs at Dougherty County Public Library branches offer creative, fun and free ways to build a love for reading for all ages and abilities. This year’s theme is “All Together Now,” and Dougherty County Public Library will offer a variety of beloved in-person traditions such as puppet shows, story times, and more as well as prizes for meeting reading goals, in-person and online activities, and even opportunities to explore Georgia.
