    Newton Falls wins fourth straight; Tigers pounds 15 hits

    BERLIN CENTER, Ohio (WKBN) – Newton Falls wins its fourth game in a row by topping Western Reserve, 17-2.

    Jesse Chitwood finished with three hits, a pair of doubles, while driving in 4 runs. John Kendall, Georgie Phillips, Trevor Ruscoe, Cam Huff and Owen Gazda collected two hits apiece.

    Ruscoe tossed three innings, striking out three and allowing just two hits to pick up the victory. Gazda closed out the game by registering the final three batters.

    On Monday, Champion will travel to Newton Falls.
