ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — What started off as a traffic stop on I-85 turned into a major drug arrest for Anderson County law enforcement officials.

According to the sheriff’s office, a white Dodge Charger had allegedly committed multiple traffic violations.

The car was stopped by officials near mile marker 11 on I-85 North.

With the help of a K9, officials found a whopping 1,200 grams of fentanyl packed into a white and purple brick in the Charger.

In addition to the drugs, $1,900 was found in the car.

Darriel Rodgers, 32, was arrested and charged with trafficking fentanyl.
