SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. -- A felon wanted for a probation violation was arrested near Otis Orchards after he crashed into the vehicle of a Bail Bond Enforcement Agent.

According to the Spokane County Sheriff's Office, 34-year-old Ryan Fogler backed into the agent's vehicle around 11 p.m. Tuesday night on E. River Road near E. Wellesley Avenue.

Deputies say Fogler was aggressive and armed with a pistol. When they arrived, he was put in handcuffs, and they discovered he had an active felony warrant from the U.S. Marshal's Office for an original weapons charge. SCSO says Fogler is also a seven-time convicted felon and is prohibited from having a gun.

Fogler was arrested and taken to the Spokane County Jail. While being searched at the jail, deputies say they found a bag of white-powdery substance that was possibly drugs.
