Man ‘still at large’ after Miami Township police presence

MIAMI TOWNSHIP, Ohio ( WDTN ) — A man is at large after Miami Township police officers were dispatched to a residence on Sunday.

On Sunday at 10:02 p.m., officers were sent to the 2400 block of Turf Club Drive in Miami Twp. for a domestic violence call. According to a department spokesperson, officers arrived at the home to find only a female adult and child at the location.

During a confrontation at the scene, a man is believed to have shot into the wall. Although no one was injured, police say the alleged man took off before they arrived.

“He fled before police officers arrived and is still at large,” said the spokesperson.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing. Charges are also currently pending.
