TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida man was found passed out behind the wheel of his truck in the middle of a turn lane, before he decided to break out into a song, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

The vehicle was found in the middle of the road in the 2400 block of Southeast Baseline Avenue just before 2 a.m. on Monday.

The video shows deputies approach the vehicle, banging on the window, because the driver, identified as David Boose, was unresponsive in the driver’s seat.

When Boose woke up, he began to sing along to the radio and showed signs of impairedness.

Deputies ordered him out of the truck and asked him how much he had to drink that night.

“Not enough,” Boose said.

“I would disagree with that,” the deputy responded.

When officials asked for Boose to perform a field sobriety test, he denied.

Therefore, Boose was arrested for DUI and refused to provide a breath sample at the jail.
