Traffic blocked at I-27, FM 2210 in Randall County due to cattle in the roadway

RANDALL COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – According to an advisory published Tuesday morning by the Randall County Sheriff’s Office, traffic was blocked on I-27 North between Rockwell and Sundown as of 9 a.m. while deputies worked to clear cattle away from the roadway.

The Randall County Sheriff’s Office detailed that the area of Northbound IH I-27 and FM 2210 was blocked on Tuesday morning “while deputies work to clear cattle from the roadway.”

It was not clear at the time, according to the office’s update, whether the cattle were in the road due to a vehicle wreck or due to other circumstances. Further details will be updated in this article as information is released.
