LIBERTY COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — We had five signings today from young athletes aspiring to be pros one day.

At Liberty County, two athletes continuing their careers Jeremiah Phillips will play football at Eskrine College. He played right tackle for the Panthers this season and Kamora Hollis will play basketball at Brewton Parker College. Hollis plays shooting guard, she led the team in points and assists.

“The reason I chose that college is I felt at home,” Phillips said. “They gave me a chance to come out there so I’m going to give them all my respect and commit to them. Once I get up there, I’m just going to get to work. Jobs gotta be done.”

“They made me feel secure with my injuries and my education,” Hollis said.”I just feel like that will be the better choice for me. I’m excited very happy, proud of myself.”
