He can come on a bit strong but in the kindest way. He wants everyone to be his friend!" states the Scituate Animal Shelter of Massachusetts, who is currently caring for Chewy until he finds his forever home.

Allegedly, Ronald Frisbie III, the landlord, became agitated with his tenants following purported damage to a washer and dryer unit.
