More remains of college student wash ashore on Lake Michigan

MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wisconsin (WJW) – Additional human remains believed to be of a 19-year-old college student have washed ashore on a Lake Michigan beach in Wisconsin, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office .
Sade Robinson disappeared after a first date with Maxwell Anderson, 33, who is now charged in connection with her murder.
DNA testing confirmed that the human remains that washed up the following day were Robinson.
According to the sheriff’s office , the remains led investigators to Anderson. Phone records and other evidence showed Anderson had communicated with Robinson and gone to dinner with her the night before the first set of remains were discovered.
Robinson’s vehicle was found on fire April 2, investigators say, shortly before the first remains were discovered.
Additional human remains believed to be of the murdered college student washed up Thursday, April 18, the sheriff reported.
Anderson is jailed on charges of first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse and arson.
Phone records show Robinson’s last locations were Anderson’s home and at the park where the remains were discovered.
Robinson was a student at Milwaukee Area Technical College and was pursuing a career in criminal justice.
According to a GoFundMe page raising funds for funeral expenses, Robinson was soon to graduate from college.
“Sade was a loving daughter, a cherished sister, and a dear friend to many,” it says in the post.
“Our hearts are with the family and loved ones of Sade Robinson,” Milwaukee Police Chief Jeffrey Norman said in a press release . “This is a horrendous tragedy and above all else, I cannot imagine the pain you must be going through. I would like to express my deepest and most sincere sympathy.”
