Restaurant Week

City Center Restaurant Week is in full swing. Seven restaurants are offering specials and prix fixe menus. For instance, Salsa’s has 20% off its entire menu. Steak & Tonic is serving a three-course dinner for $40 and $50 that includes items such as “fire cracker alligator bites,” surf and turf pasta, and a duck duo. District 41 is serving an entrée with a side for lunch at $8.50.

India for a day

Taste of India is celebrating its 15th year. It features traditional cuisine such as palak paneer, tikka masala and naan. Also experience Bollywood and classical dances and shop for clothes, jewelry and handcrafts.
