Charges: trespassing, possession of marijuana not more than 20 grams. Bond: $1,000.Hunter Lee Bachmeier, 25, 200 block of N. Portia St., Nokomis. Charge: contempt of court for failure to appear for arraignment. Bond: $2,000.Gerald Simon Boisits, 72, 600 block of May Apple Way, Venice. Charge: domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.Michael Anthony Casey Jr., 25, 600 block of May Apple Way, Venice. Charge: battery. Bond: $1,000.Todd Michael Waggoner, 56, 500 block of Albee Farm Road, Venice. Charges: assault on a law enforcement officer, firefighter or EMT; disorderly intoxication; resisting an officer without violence. Bond: $17,500.Kathleen M. Casey, 57, 4200 block of Expedition Way, Osprey. Charge: DUI with a blood-alcohol level of 0.15 or above or a person under 18 in the vehicle. Bond: $500.
