CCHS FBLA advances to Nationals

Fifteen FBLA members competed the weekend of April 12-14 at the State FBLA Convention in Reston, VA. The club took home seven state awards.

A special congratulations to the following for taking the stage with state placements!

- Ethan Edwards - 1st place - Networking Infrastructures & 4th place - Cybersecurity

- Katelyn Wheatley - 2nd place - Visual Design & 4th place - UX Design

- Laurel Sutphin - 4th place - Business Calculations

- Madison Larkee - 4th place - Computer Applications

- Luke Watson - 5th place - Public Policy and Advocacy

The Carroll County High School FBLA Chapter also ranked as an Honor Chapter this year reflecting the hard work of these young business leaders! Katelyn Wheatley specifically played a crucial role in achieving this title with the numerous reports required to showcase the chapter.

Ethan, Katelyn, Laurel and Madison have all qualified for Nationals this summer in Orlando, Florida.
