Yadkin County Parks and Recreation community workshop planned for April 18

Yadkin County is updating its 2012-2022 system-wide Parks & Recreation Master Plan, and Master Plans for Yadkin Memorial Park and Yadkin County Park. These Master Plans will establish a vision for future park and recreation development throughout Yadkin County for the next 10 years.

County officials will host an information sharing community drop-in meeting on Thursday, April 18 to gather feedback.

Yadkin County residents are invited to come by to learn about and contribute to the future of Parks & Recreation in Yadkin County.

The meeting is scheduled for 4:30 — 6:30 p.m. on April 18 at the Yadkin County Agricultural & Educational Building, located at 2051 Agricultural Way in Yadkinville.
