GREENE COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) — Teens Against Tobacco is hosting an advocacy event to shed light on the dangers of tobacco use in teens.

Greene County Public Health is partnering with TAT and Greene County Family & Children First for an Art Advocacy Event, as part of Take Down Tobacco National Day of Action.

Vaping by high school students dropped in 2023, says US report

The event is free to the public and encourages both smokers and vape users to stop by and learn more about resources available to quit. Free Quit Kits will be available for those interested in quitting.

Art pieces created by members of TAT will be displayed, featuring creative pieces to advocate against vaping and encouraging other young people to be tobacco- and vape-free.

The event will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 13 in the lower level of the Mall at Fairfield Commons.
