CHAMBER News:

The Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce celebrated the opening of the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse with a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday, July 1.

The four owners of the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse, Jef Bold, Scott Johnson, David Martinez and Jef’s son Eben, welcomed patrons to celebrate their opening and enjoy craft beers and artisan pizzas. Just up the road in Jemez Springs, the brewhouse is at 17691 N.M. 4.

Their handmade pizza dough the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse serves has five simple ingredients: Caputo flour and yeast, imported from Italy, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and its own triple filtered Jemez spring water. The owners said that they pride themselves on their handmade sauce, a secret family recipe passed down and shared for more than 30 years. They also offer gluten-free pizza with a cauliflower-based crust and vegan cheese and toppings.
