    5. Hops Burger Bar

Only the finest ingredients are used in this Salt of the Earth restaurant. They serve their Superior Blend of Angus Beef, the best Craft Beers, and ingredients grown locally. Take a look at the “The Spicy Goat" or the “The Hops Classic," both of which are fantastic. You can enjoy and the "Hops House Salad", also.

    4. Bad Daddy's Burger Bar

The first Bad Daddy's opened its doors in 2007. Bad Daddy's can be found in a number of cities and towns around the country. Of course, Bad Daddy's Burger Bars aren't everywhere, and they don't intend to be. But, in their opinion, having to work a little harder to get their crazy burgers, gigantic chopped salads, hand-selected craft beers, and specialty cocktails just makes them taste even better.

    3. Cin Cin Burger Bar

Cin Cin Burger Bar is a neighborhood hangout that serves gourmet burgers, speakeasy cocktails, and boozy milkshakes. Indulge in one of their timeless favorites inspired by genuine prohibition era recipes and travel back in time with the lost generation to the world of Speakeasies and Juice Joints. Giggle Water, Bees Knees, or a French 75 are all good choices. Alternatively, try one of our updated takes on an old favorite.

    2. Twin Peaks Winston Salem

Twin Peaks is far more than your average sports bar. Every visitor is greeted with World Series walk-offs and barrel-aged whiskey in their lodge. You're surrounded by a lodge full of cheerful and attentive Twin Peaks Girls offering scratch meals and their distinctive 29° beers the moment you walk in. Try the "BILLIONAIRE'S BACON BURGER," which includes sriracha pimento cheese, Billionaire's Bacon, lettuce, tomato, beer mustard, and mayo.

    1. Small Batch

They started out in 2014 as a nano-brewery on the intersection of 5th and Cherry Street in downtown Winston-Salem, fascinated with brewing (and consuming) truly distinctive beer. They've grown into so much more in the last five years. There's now a brewery, a bar, and a full restaurant on the premises. With Smoked Bacon, Pork Belly, Fried Egg, and Avocado, their Hamburger is a classic.
