Authorities identified 37-year-old Stephanie Osborne as the woman who was killed after her car crashed into a freeway sign and guardrail in Long Beach on Nov. 26.

As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area near a southbound lane of Lakewood Boulevard and the northbound 405 Freeway on-ramp at about 9 p.m. on reports of a fiery car accident.
