On early Sunday, one person died after a bicycle crash in Baton Rouge.

The fatal hit-and-run accident took place on Greenwell Springs Road at 3:32 a.m. The preliminary investigation revealed that 32-year-old Kyra Whitner was driving when she struck a bicyclist and drove away from the scene.
