Maine CDC, McDonald’s partner to host COVID-19 vaccine clinic
The Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the owner of a McDonald’s in Waterville are partnering to hold a COVID-19 vaccine clinic this week.The clinic will be on Tuesday from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the McDonald’s on Main Street in Waterville.First and second doses, boosters and pediatric vaccinations will be offered at the clinic. The shots are free and are being done on a walk-in basis.People can choose between the Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Pediatric patients, however, are only able to receive the Pfizer vaccine.Anyone who gets a shot will receive a free milkshake.
