In what has been a career of milestones, Matt Ryan has achieved yet another one in passing former New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning into 8th all-time in passing yards. Manning had 57,023 career passing yards in his career — a mark which is now eclipsed by the Atlanta signal caller.
A little over a year ago, Ryan passed Hall of Famer John Elway into 9th place on that list, during last season’s opening game against the Seahawks. We knew it was only a matter of time before he chased down Manning, and that time is now.
