Report: Rob Gronkowski Ruled out for Buccaneers vs. Patriots with Rib Injury

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski has reportedly been ruled out for Sunday night's game against the New England Patriots.

According to ESPN's Jordan Schultz, the Bucs are holding Gronk out of the Week 4 game after he suffered a rib injury in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Rams. ESPN's Adam Schefter also reported that Gronkowski didn't make the trip to New England.

The 32-year-old had a scare last week when he suffered a rib injury, although X-rays were negative. He sat out the 2019 campaign but appeared in all 16 games for the Buccaneers last year upon his return to the NFL.
