It has been just a few weeks since the University of Louisville had new allegations against them, but now they are back in the news.
Shannon Russell of the Courier Journal is reporting that the University has received an amendment to the May 4th of 2020 Notice of Allegations from the NCAA. Louisville is preparing for this process to last through Spring of 2022.
The case is in the hands of the IARP. U of L does not determine the dates or the timeline of the IARP process but "realistically, we are preparing for this process to continue through Spring of 2022."

The amendment is a charge that head basketball coach Chris Mack “either participated in, condoned, or negligently disregarded violations involving graduate assistants and others participation in practice as well as the creation and use of personalized recruiting videos and aids.”

If you remember, this is exactly what Dino Gaudio brought up during the extortion attempt when Mack decided to let him go.
Gaudio told Mack that using grad assistants and the recruiting videos were NCAA violations and threatened to turn him into the NCAA unless he was given 17 months’ salary.
He also alleged UofLs MBB program violated NCAA rules in its use of graduate assistants in practices.
