Having hoped for consistent minutes under Ancelotti, Asensio reached boiling point at the weekend when he was left as an unused substitute in Real's 2-1 win over Valencia, causing him to 'explode' after feeling 'provoked' by his manager, according to Spanish news outlet Sport.
