Purdue is 2-0 for a second year in a row. Please ignore everything that happened after last year’s 2-0 start. Since last year’s 2-0 does not count, Purdue is 2-0 for the first time since 2007. That’s better than a lot of other Big Ten teams can boast about:

The first game after Randy Edsall’s departure from UConn football looked a lot like the other ones. Purdue’s offense strolled down the field with little resistance from the Huskies as the Boilermakers comfortably covered the spread in a 49-0 win.
